2. No Guarantee Policy
As outcomes depend on third-party institutions (banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus), refunds are not provided based on results.

3. Duplicate Payment
In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Cancellation
If a service is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
